What to do after buying an ESET licence
A 5-point checklist: from the email with your key to full protection on every device.
Payment went through and the key is in your inbox. Here's a short checklist so nothing gets lost.
- Keep the email with your key. You'll need it for activation and renewal.
- Create an ESET HOME account and add the subscription — that way you won't lose the key.
- Install protection from official sources: installation guide.
- Add your other devices within your configuration — Windows, macOS, Android.
- Set a renewal reminder. It's better to renew early — the term is added to the current one, so you lose nothing: how it works.
Questions about your order, invoice or company documents — payment and delivery or contacts.
FAQ
The key doesn't activate straight away — is that normal?
If the key isn't accepted, check the characters (it's best to copy it) and write to us — we'll check it against your order.
Will I get documents for my accountant?
Yes: an invoice, an acceptance act and, if needed, a VAT invoice — choose “Sole trader / Company” at checkout.
