I have ESET Internet Security — can I still renew it?
Yes. When you renew, the old licence is replaced with the matching plan: Internet Security with ESET HOME Security Essential, Smart Security Premium with ESET HOME Security Premium. Protection isn't interrupted. To activate the new plan, connect the device to your ESET HOME account. Details in the article.
I renewed early — why does the program show the old date?
The new term starts from the end of the current one, so you don't lose any days. The date in the program can take up to 24 hours to update, and protection keeps working the whole time. If the date hasn't changed after a day, re-enter the key in the program or write to us.
My licence has already expired — what should I do?
If your licence is still valid or expired less than 60 days ago, renew using the renewal form — it's better value than a new licence. If more than 60 days have passed, renewal is no longer available; buy a new licence.
Is the renewal price different from a new licence?
Yes, renewal is usually better value — the renewal form shows the current price for your configuration.
