Official ESET licences in Ukraine

Terms of sale

This document is the official public offer of SKY DIGITAL LAB LLC (EDRPOU 40906769, the “Seller”) to any individual or legal entity (the “Customer”) to enter into an agreement for the purchase of ESET software licences on the terms below.

1. General. The offer is the same for all customers (Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine). The agreement is concluded when the order is paid — payment is acceptance of the offer. The date of the agreement is the payment date.

2. Subject. The Seller supplies the Customer with a licence for ESET, spol. s r.o. software in electronic form: a licence key for activation and installation instructions. The software runs under the ESET End User License Agreement (EULA).

3. Price and payment. Prices on the website are in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) including VAT and apply at the time the order is placed. Payment is 100% upfront by card via WayForPay (Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay) or by invoice for sole traders and companies. Bank fees, if any, are not included in the price. Payment is considered made when the funds reach the Seller.

4. Delivery. The key and instructions are sent to the email given in the order — usually right after the payment is confirmed, and no later than one business day. When paying by invoice — after the funds arrive.

5. Returns. The licence key is created for the Customer right after payment, and from that moment the licence is considered used, so a licence of proper quality cannot be returned. If the key hasn't arrived, won't activate or doesn't match the order, the Seller replaces the key or refunds the money — see “Refunds”.

6. Customer's obligations. Provide correct contact details, do not pass the key to third parties and do not publish it.

7. Liability. Software faults or incompatibility are resolved through technical support. The Seller is not liable for limitations set by the software developer or for data loss on the Customer's devices. The Seller's total liability is limited to the amount of the paid order, except where the law provides otherwise.

8. Disputes. Disputes are settled through negotiation and, failing that, in court under the laws of Ukraine. This offer does not limit consumer rights established by law.

9. Personal data. Processed under the privacy policy.

10. Changes. The Seller may update the offer by publishing a new version on this page. A paid order is governed by the version in force at the time of payment.

Privacy policy

1. Володілець даних. ТОВ «СКАЙ ДІДЖИТАЛ ЛАБ» (ЄДРПОУ 40906769, 03035, м. Київ, вул. Сурикова, 3, корп. 37). Контакт: info@nod32ua.com.

2. Data we collect. Email (required), name, phone, IP address, order date and time, customer type (individual/business), company name and EDRPOU code (for invoices), order and licence history.

3. Why we process it. To issue your ESET licence, invoice you, provide technical support, and for audit and accounting (Law of Ukraine “On Accounting”). Email reminders about licence expiry and renewal, so your protection doesn't lapse — you can unsubscribe in one click in every such email. News and offers — only if you ticked “Subscribe” at checkout or sign-up; unsubscribing is one click too.

4. Who we share it with. We share data only with: ESET, spol. s r.o. (Slovakia) and ESET's official distributor for Ukraine, ADEON SK, s.r.o. (Slovakia) — to create or renew a licence in your name and email; WayForPay (Ukraine) — for card payments; our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany) — the server where orders are stored; Google's email service (Gmail) — to send emails; Telegram (Telegram Messenger Inc.) — for internal notifications to our managers about new orders and requests, and this data is stored outside Ukraine; Google Ireland Ltd. — (a) under the Google Customer Reviews programme: after you place an order we pass on the order number, your email and country so that Google can, with your consent, send you a survey about our service (you can decline in the survey window); (b) anonymised visit analytics (Google Analytics 4) — analytics cookies only with your consent in the cookie banner. Data is transferred to Google under the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and Google's Data Processing Terms. We do not sell or pass data to anyone else, except where required by law.

5. How long we keep it. Personal data — 3 years from the last interaction; accounting records — 7 years (a legal requirement). Cookies — up to 12 months.

6. Your rights. Under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” No. 2297-VI and GDPR Articles 15–22, you have the right to know about processing, get a copy of your data (portability), and ask us to correct, delete or restrict it; to object to processing; and to withdraw consent. Write to info@nod32ua.com — we reply within 30 days. If you believe your rights have been violated, you can contact the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights (ombudsman.gov.ua) or go to court.

Cookies

Essential (always on): session, sign-in, cart, CSRF token.

Analytics (with consent): Google Analytics 4 — only after you click “Accept all” in the banner. You can decline via the banner or your browser settings. Declining doesn't affect how the site works.

Warranty terms

The key you get from us is an official ESET licence in your name. The software works for the whole paid term under the ESET End User License Agreement (EULA). If the key hasn't arrived, won't activate or doesn't match your order, we'll replace the key or refund you (see “Refunds”). A licence of proper quality can't be returned once the key has been created.

Refunds

Digital product. A licence key is digital content. It is created automatically right after payment, and from that moment the licence is considered used — just as in the ESET online store. By placing an order you agree to immediate delivery and understand that a licence of proper quality can't be returned after that.

If something's wrong. If the key hasn't arrived, won't activate or doesn't match your order, email info@nod32ua.com with the subject “Refund”. We'll replace the key or refund the money to the same card you paid with within 5 business days.
