FAQ
How fast will the key arrive?
Once the payment is confirmed, the system automatically sends the key to the email given in the order.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, at checkout choose “Sole trader / Company” and enter your details — we'll issue an invoice with VAT.
The email with my key hasn't arrived — what should I do?
Check your spam folder, and in Gmail the Promotions tab too. Make sure the email in the order is correct. If the email isn't there, write to us from your order email and we'll resend it.
