FAQ
My Internet Security licence is still valid — what should I do?
Keep using it until it expires, nothing to do. When you renew, the licence is replaced with ESET HOME Security Essential; to activate, connect your device to your ESET HOME account.
Will I lose any features after the switch?
No: the HOME Security Essential subscription includes online protection (banking, network, parental control), and Premium adds encryption, ESET LiveGuard, ESET Folder Guard and VPN.
